Are there any requirements or restrictions?

All are welcome! If you are looking to have fun in a no judgement zone, this studio is for YOU! If you any special conditions, please let the instructor know before class.

This is my first time working out, what do you suggest?

FUNctional Fitness is a great place to start for toning, strengthening, and balance. Again, if you have any limitations or Dr.s orders, please let the instructor know before class. We are happy to make or suggest modifications 

I want to take a class, do I just show up?

How do I pay?

I take cash, PayPal, Venmo and Stripe.

Is Zumba safe for everyone?

If you are just starting out, I would recommend Zumba Gold. It's all the fun of Zumba, low impact and no jumping or twisting. If you choose Zumba, modifications are always available.

I came to class but couldn't find you.

Our entrance is around the back of the building, parking is against the fence.

Should I bring anything with me?

Workout shoes, water and maybe a towel is great to start. We have weights, bands and mats... And we have lockers to put your stuff in.

How long are the classes?

Classes are typically 45-60 minutes. Special events are usually longer.
