FUNctional Fitness
FUNctional Fitness was created with Seniors, mobility challenged people and beginners in mind. We use 1-3 lb weights, bands, chairs and balls. I incorporate every day movements, range of motion, balance, strength and toning with FUN! The playlist is AWESOME! Smiles, laughter, camaraderie... priceless!

We’re going to party AND sculpt! Shake. Shuffle. Tone! All the great Latin inspired music and dances from Zumba combined with Toning Sticks (If you don't have Toning Sticks, you can use soup cans, water bottles). HOT! HOT! HOT! Grab a water and a towel, you’re going to need them!

Ladies, we are bringing it up a notch! Welcome to toning, strengthening and stretching your beautiful self! Lead with encouragement, direction and support, you will be using hand weights, doing low impact cardio and floor exercises (modifications always available). Feel a boost in your self confidence! Fantastic tunes are absolute!
